Every NÙA piece is handmade to order with care and intention. We ship all orders from Indonesia using DHL, so your piece travels safely from us to you ♡

  • Australia
  • European Union (EU) countries

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped with DHL and come with full tracking, so you can follow your piece every step of the way.

Estimated delivery time (after dispatch):

  • Indonesia: 1–5 business days
  • EU & Australia: 5–12 business days

Please keep in mind that these are estimates. Occasionally, delays may occur due to customs or local courier services outside of our control.

Shipping costs:

  • Indonesia: Free shipping
  • EU & Australia: €7,95

 

Order processing

Each piece is made especially for you.

Production time: 1–12 business days before shipment. Shipping time begins once your order has been dispatched.

 

Duties & Customs

VAT is already included in your order. However, NÙA The Label does not calculate or collect import duties or additional taxes. Any extra charges that may occur are the responsibility of the customer.

Australia: Australia allows tax-free imports for orders with a value up to AUD 1,000.

European Union: Depending on your country, import duties or taxes may apply. These potential costs are the responsibility of the customer, not NÙA The Label.

  • Collected by DHL upon delivery

As each country has its own regulations, we’re unfortunately unable to estimate these costs in advance. For the most accurate information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

 

Shipping address

Please take a moment to carefully review your shipping details before placing your order.

We’re unable to take responsibility for lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

If a parcel is returned to us, we’re always happy to resend it, additional shipping costs will apply.

Please note that orders cannot be canceled once placed.

 

 Tracking & responsibility

All orders include tracking, so you can stay connected to your piece along its journey.

Once your package is marked as delivered, responsibility passes to you. Unfortunately, we cannot take liability for lost, stolen, or unclaimed parcels after delivery.

 

Lost or stolen shipments

If something goes wrong, we’re here to support you with care:

• Please initiate an investigation with DHL
• We will assist you from our side as well

Once the investigation is completed:
• We will always do our best to replace your item
• If replacement is not possible, we will offer store credit

We do not offer refunds for lost or stolen shipments.

We kindly recommend ensuring someone is available to receive your parcel, or arranging an alternative delivery option if you’re away.
