We want you to truly love your NÙA pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to assist with a return.

Policy
We accept returns on items that are unused, unworn, and sent back in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Returns requested outside of this period cannot be accepted due to the artisanal nature of our collections. Full-priced, non-personalised items are eligible for a refund when returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis and must be approved via email prior to sending your item back.

Please email us at before arranging your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and undamaged
- Returned in their original packaging
- Sent back with all tags attached
- Returned together with any complimentary luxury gift received with the order

Please note:
- Sale items cannot be returned, exchanged, or redeemed for store credit
- NÙA The Label is not responsible for necklaces ordered in the incorrect size. Please refer to our Size Guide before purchasing to find your ideal fit, or contact us if you would like any additional guidance before placing your order.
- Your refund will only be processed once your return has been received and approved as resaleable.
- Items purchased using the €10 promotional welcome discount code can still be returned in line with our standard return policy.

Return Shipping
All returns are the sole responsibility of the customer. This includes:
- Return shipping costs
- Any duties, taxes, or customs fees incurred during the return process
- Ensuring the parcel arrives safely to us
- We only accept returns sent via DHL tracked and insured shipping. NÙA The Label is not responsible for items lost, delayed, damaged, or held in transit or customs. Important: Once your parcel has been dispatched, the tracking link or tracking number must be emailed to . Returns sent without valid tracking information will not be accepted. We also recommend returning your items in a padded parcel for protection during transit.


How To Return
1. Email with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Please include “Return” in the subject line.
2. Fill in the return form we will send to you and print it to include inside your parcel.
3. Include the original order slip with your return.
4. Check your items carefully to ensure they are in perfect condition.
5. Ship your parcel to the return address provided via email using DHL tracked shipping only. Once your parcel has been dispatched, please email us your tracking number or track & trace link.
Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus shipping costs. You will receive an automatic email confirmation once this has been completed.
