Each piece is made and finished in our Bali atelier. Please allow 1–5 business days for shipping out sterling silver pieces and 1–10 business days for 14k gold filled pieces. A considered wait for something crafted slowly and intentionally.

- Storing them in a cool, dry place, preferably in your NÙA pouch.
- Avoiding tossing your jewelry loosely into a bag to prevent scratches.
